What to do if you are not happy with a business service provider

We’ve all had this happen. You decide to refinance your home. Or you want to book a vacation to Maui.  Maybe you’re ready to do some home improvements. You look online to try and find the best company to deal with. After doing all your research, you finally select a business and move forward. That’s when things start to go awry.

You get faulty work. Or the travel agent forgets to book your hotel. The construction outfit does shoddy work, promising to come back next week but they never show. It’s so frustrating. What can you do about all this?

Revdex is a site where consumers can report bad experiences they’ve had with service providers. Just like the Better Business Bureau, they provide a forum where consumers can let the world know about their negative experience. There’s also a way for the company to respond to the negative complaint. This gives both parties a safe space to discuss their issues. Often, the company will try to make things right with the consumer.

In instances where there’s no response from the service provider, at least consumers can see and be aware so that they don’t make the mistake of working with the company.

What can you report?

Consumers can report internet scams or report social media scams. Report scams about car dealers or file a complaint about health products. Maybe you’ve had a bad experience with a mortgage lender, a roofer, cell phone provider or something else. Make your case! Let your voice be heard.
